Not sure if you live in the area? But Valero on YVR in downtown WC is now CASH , with no car wash requirement. You are constantly over writing Cash prices with Credit... What's the deal? Did they change the credit v cash policy again?
Weird, I'm finding a whole bunch of gas stations that must change prices right after you post. Found updates 15 mins, 1hr, and 2hrs in the middle of the day. Things are crazy now with the pricing falling so fast.

I believe that the sign on Broadway closest to the DMV is the one for the "with car wash price." The sign at the corner itself has both the "normal" cash vs. credit sign.

Huntingdog: The lower prices at the Valero Station on Ygnacio Valley/Broadway in Walnut Creek are NOT the cash prices, they are the Car Wash prices. Because of this, I don't think the lower price qualifies. It needs to be changed back to the higher price.
